An oil burner installer is a contractor who installs and fixes:

  • Oil burners
  • Oil burner equipment

An oil burner has both a:

  • Flash point of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher
  • Fuel tank of 10 gallons or more

Oil burner equipment includes all accessories connected to burners:

  • Control devices
  • Piping
  • Pumps
  • Tanks
