Overview

Our team puts racial equity into City policies and practices. 

We work to: 

• Reduce imbalances for the transgender communities and communities of color. 
• Encourage the government and community to work as partners. 
• Create capacity-building tools that will help both City staff and residents.
• Build ways for staff and residents to help in decision-making.
