Grain Exchange Tax Increment Financing Plan
Overview
Grain Exchange will be located at the northeast corner of 4th Street South and 4th Avenue South. This project contains:
- 210 affordable apartments
- 22 market rate apartments
The TIF Plan establishes a new housing TIF district to help finance the costs of a housing project. It includes a budget for the use of tax increment revenue generated by the new TIF district.
