Logan Ave N sanitary sewer replacement
We will replace a portion of the sanitary sewer along Logan Ave N between 29th Ave N and 30th Ave N.
Project overview
We will replace 385 ft of sanitary main and the connected maintenance holes along Logan Ave N; north from 29th Ave N.
The new sanitary sewer will:
- Prevent the need for more extensive repairs in the future.
- Be installed in the same location and alignment as the existing sewer.
- Enhance sanitary flow and minimize groundwater infiltration and inflow.
Traffic impacts
Expect the following temporary traffic impacts:
- Detours
- Lane restrictions
- Intersection reductions

- Revised pedestrian and bicycle routes
