NRP Policy Board candidate questionnaire

• Send in the candidate questionnaire form by October 22, 2026.
• The demographic questionnaire is optional.
• We will use your candidate questionnaire to make a voter's guide to send to neighborhood organizations.
• If you would like a picture included in the voter's guide, attach a photo with your application.
• Do not send resumes, letters of recommendation or extra content.
