We are seeking feedback on Bats and Hats LLC's request for a license for a full-service neighborhood bar and restaurant on the first floor serving alcohol and a kitchen operated in partnership with Smack Shack. Inside they will offer televised sporting events, background music and karaoke but no customer dancing.
