We are seeking feedback on Bats and Hats LLC's request for a license for a full-service neighborhood bar and restaurant on the first floor serving alcohol and a kitchen operated in partnership with Smack Shack. Inside they will offer televised sporting events, background music and karaoke but no customer dancing. The license premises includes an uncovered private patio with 96 seats on the north side of the building.
There will be no entertainment on the private patio.
