• You need your rental license number to make an online payment.
• You can search for your license number if you do not know what it is.

• To make and print a rental license, you can enter all or part of the rental property address.
• Post the rental license certificate near the entrance to the unit or building.

When to update license

You must update your rental license when:

• You realize there is a mistake on your rental license application.
• Any contact information on the license changes.
• An owner's name legally changes. 
• There is a new contact person of record.

There is no cost to update a rental license.

When to close license

You will need to close your rental license when:

• You sell the rental property.
• You stop renting the property.
